Dr. Simon Katumu DNP, FNP-BC
Dr. Katumu earned his bachelor’s, master’s, and doctorate degrees from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and is deeply committed to patient education, health promotion, and disease prevention. With extensive experience in both inpatient and outpatient care, he manages a wide range of acute and chronic conditions across all age groups. He emphasizes collaborative care, encouraging patients to actively participate in their health decisions and set realistic wellness goals built on trust and mutual respect.

I’m Shannon, a Medical Assistant at Integrity Healthcare with a year of experience supporting our patients during their visits. I enjoy connecting with patients and their families, helping them feel at ease, and contributing to a caring and supportive healthcare experience. Building meaningful relationships and offering compassionate care are the most fulfilling parts of my role. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my daughter, paddleboarding, and reading, and I’m grateful to be part of a team dedicated to patient-centered care.
